   This is not funny at all. Thats a very legitimate question. Hopefully you knew that cars come out the year before the model year, and at various times during the year. A funny question would be “When was the war of 1812?” This question is about as funny as “When does X movie come out?”

   Actually yes, you are wrong, it would come out in 2010, late 2010 though.

   Car makers do this because the cars would seem old if it was labeled 2011 at the end of the year 2011 (Once 2012 rolls around that is, if it happens )
